We are Ecuador at its best

Patacón was born 8 years ago with the typical and characteristic flavors of Ecuador to Satisfy the need for good Ecuadorian cuisine in Chile.

Initially we only served this food on weekends in delivery but, after the good acceptance and working together with the Ecuadorian embassy in Chile in dissemination programs, the need arose to establish a physical place.

That was how on January 2nd, 2017, Patacón was established as the best Ecuadorian gastronomy restaurant in Chile. With the purpose of making known the best of Ecuadorian traditions and gastronomy in Santiago de Chile with a traditional cuisine until eventually reaching an avant-garde cuisine preserving our original flavors and thus becoming a benchmark of Ecuadorian gastronomy in Chile and Latin America.

The Patacón Experience

Travel to our beautiful Ecuador through our gastronomy; the traditions of the coast and mountains are represented in each of our dishes; the use of green plantain and seafood on the coast, grains and soups from the mountains, our variety of ceviches as well as our hornado, which takes 4 days to prepare; It means that in a single table they can enjoy the different regions and flavors of our land.
